Na-authorize na unta ang law firm to accept my repayments. Now, karon lang na week, nkadawat napud kog email sa law firm na dili na kuno mu-authorize ang ilang client to accept my repayments. Ako daw i-address drtso sa ila client. Pagka hanggaw tawhana. Unsaon man nko pag bayad niya na dli cya muresponse kong pangayu-an og bank details nya karon dli na nuon ko mkabayad niya kay dli na authorized ang law firm. Unsa inyo ka sulti ani mga bro and sis??

Can i say to his lawyer that "i will use this email as an evidence that your client is not accepting my payment because I dont want to give your party any impression that Im not willing to pay. In fact, I have been asking his bank details for me to deposit and wanted to pay through your firm if possible"

Klaro naman iyang motive, gusto lang ka nya hasol-hasolon or perhaps issue na lang affidavit that gusto ka mobayad pero dili dawaton

UPDATE:

naka dawat kog letter from his "new lawyer" about his complaint and iya jud gipasaka dd2 sa office of ombudsman.. Nahasol jud ko og nangita jud kog lawyer to make a counter affidavit.. karon waiting nalng ko unsa iyang response.. hayyss.. ngita jud og bikil ning tawhana..

P.S. Mao naa cya new lawyer kay dli niya pede magamit ang previous lawyer na naghimo sa amo contract kay kahibaw man ang previous lawyer na willing ko mubayad og naka receive jud cyag payment pero giterminate ang iyang service kay gusto jud cya mufile og estafa..
