Kinsay Lawyer dri? or mka tabang ani ako na case. very urgent!

Question lang guys:

I have an investor who I remit his principal plus commission every 15th and 30th of the month. Now because we have an business argument that has gone bad, I wished to stop our business venture together. In our contract im obligated to repay him his investment plus commission of the sales every 15th and 30th which I wanted to follow. Because of our argument, he wanted all his money back and items back on that day for which I cannot provide yet because I have consigned the products to other party for faster ROI. Now, i told him that he has to wait until the 15th so I can remit the sales and return the items by the end of the month so i have ample time to pull out the consignments. I messaged him asking for his bank details so i can send money this 15th but he threatened me that he will file an ESTAFA case against me and will just have to communicate with his lawyer. This cant be right because I am willing to remit money to him so there is no ill intention for fraud/deceit activity.

What should I do in this situation? Please help! thanks

Dili ko layer but based sa imo statement and clean imo intention nga iuli aw no need namn ka cguro mabalaka. Let him/her file anyway dugay man sad na mo dagan ang kaso, i guess before pa naay hearing na uli na nimo tanan inyo gisabutan. Pagastoha lang sa na siya file ug case. Basta iuli lang jud what what is agreed.

i think naa na sa inyong agreement that if everything will go South naai provisions na inyong gi pirmahan og unsai steps and certain period of time para ka maka balik og unsai iyang nahatag.... pa file.la lang usa siya og kaso against nimo...unya kuha og copy sa complain...unya mo counter sue ka og Breach of Contract..... pero i think inig consult niya og lawyer... dili na siya mo padayon og file for the mean time...hehhehehe
