    Default PLDT port forwading blocked!

    Hello mga istoryans!

I am a programmer here in cebu using visual studio plus and some of my clients mostly are from outside cebu like davao, dumaguete, gen san etc. I have no problems accessing their pc where I installed the program using RDP but it's another case in davao which i cannot find a way that i can access port 3389. I noticed the public IP address starts at 49.XXX.X.XX which is normaly mag sudog man ta to ug 112 etc... I already do port forwarding on the router and create no-ip.com account cause its a residential account meaning it's a dynamic ip address not static but still to no avail accessing the said PC using RDP. I let my client contact PLDT if there's a way that they will enabled ba kaha the port forwarding thing etc. Do you have any ideas guys if new napud ni sa PLDT na dli na mka port forward or kinahanglan na gyud mag business plan na in order to port forward?

    Thanks!

is that the public WAN ip address of the router the 49.xxx.xxx.xxx? are there any more intermediary device behind pldt's modem/router?

If you could provide detailed information of your the network that you can't get into, that would help us understand better.

We have the same problem ani ni TS boss. BTW in my scenario, there's no device behind the modem / router and when i check the modem, these are the info that i found under ADSL WAN Interfaces IP Address: 100.72.xx.xxx then gateway 100.72.x.x but when I check the public ip address using myIPaddress.com this will display 49.146.x.xx.

Then, right now PLDT change the admin/root username and password of their modem/router, either dsl or fiber modem/router, then if you call PLDT and ask them for the username and password, they will not give it to you, they will argue that their gateways were hack because of the reason that people have access to their modem/router.
