Will unpaid postpaid plan affects job application?

Hi.. I wanted to ask from HR or anyone who has an idea on this.

Im currently employed for 6 yrs and wanted to apply sa mga big IT companies here in Cebu. I dont have CC and I dont have bad credit in a loan company pero I have unsettled balance in Globe postpaid. wala kabayad for some financial reason. Ma blacklist ba ko ana sa CMAP?

Will I fail sa background check? and affect my job application? Thanks daan sa mutubag.

Usually they do not dig in to your post paid plans. murag grabe naman cguro na pag ka ukay. hehe. Unless the company you are applying is GLOBE, you dont have to worry.

Nope it wont matter kay akong migo na IT manager namo before ni apply sa smart wa tiwasa ug bayad until 3 months lang from the 2 yr contract.. naa man sa IT park work karon and i think 2nd company na niya sa IT park since wala na cya gabayad sa smart 2 years ago...

I heard companies like JP morgan not sure unsa ka tinuod kay mo background check daw about bad credits
