    Angry AVOID this place by all means. Papart's Diner and Café


    Saw someone posting a thread asking for feedback regarding this place. Well, decided to make a thread regarding my unforgetable "experience". Not one to rant about resto's but this is one for the books. LOL

    Was around North Recla area driving around 5pm trying to think of a place where me and my family can have dinner since it has been our weekly thing to eat together on a Sunday since mao rana time free mi tanan. Was craving for chicken wings, so thought of Burrows sa Parkmall, went there to get a reservation but dili sila mudawat kay first come, first serve. Then naka huna2 ko aning Papart's kay cge manig ka advertise sa Facebook. Honestly speaking, tanan comments didto g.saway jud ila service, hinay kuno kaayu. So naa nako idea gamay na medyo bati ila service, pero wa ko nag dahum na asta ila business ethics needs work pud diay.

    Mao ni nahitabo as posted on my review on their page:

    Reserved via phone a table for 8, pag abot nako didto. Ako nag una, order kos katong tag 198php nila na unli wings ug pasta, for myself sah. Abot ako Mom ug iya friend. Order nasad mi para nila, take note ila waiter wa khibaw unsay difference sa 198php ug 248php na combo kay na shock man sya nangayu mis among tuslob buwa set, g double check pa nyas menu kung naa ba jud. Naabot ako food una, but ang naka kataw anan, igo rajud gbutang sa waiter ang wings ug pasta sa akong atubangan, NO KOBYERTOS or anything, so huwat2 sad ko kay basin i.apas ra. Abot nalang 10 mins, wa gihapon ako kutsara or tinidor man lang. Nag obserbar rajud ko kung makabantay ba sya na wa koi utensils. Since wala man, nanawag ko ni manong waiter, kung wala pako nanawag, dli ko kakaon kay infairness creamy kay ila pasta, lain sad ako kinamoton By this time, wala pa ang pagkaon sa uban nako kauban. Huwat2 mi. Pag serve, wala gihapon kobyertos. So ako nalang kuya nangunay ug duol sa counter para mangayu ug utensils. This went on for the whole dinner, manawag mi, tanduan rami, unya makalimot cguro sila, so manawag nasad mi. Kbantay mi na nagkayagaw gyud cla, like dli nila i take note asa ang gauna ug order unya knsay sunod. Tando rajud ni sila taman. Sa tanan namo gpangayo sa ila waiter, wala juy nahatag sa amo na kanang dili namo kailangan i follow up, apil ang plato ug kutsara. Ako nabantayan nila, duha ra ila waiter, ang isa tig take sa orders and isa tu-as gawas ga dawat ug reservation na intawn halus galisud na silag serve ug pagkaon sa sud.

    Now get this, my mom went to this person, im assuming anak ni sya, nangayo ug rice, I SAW HER WITH MY OWN TWO EYES NISAKA IYA TINGOG saying "MAM HUWAT LANG HA, GTAKOS PA". Na shock ko pina slight apil na surok sa dugo. Kamo pay langay, kamo pay masuko? Pag hatud sa rice sya pay nag yaw2 na giluto pang manok and all. So ako I said, "miss no wonder daghan mog bati na rating sa fb". I said this sa akong kasapot ngano kaning bayhana, bsan tag iya paka, hilas. Katungod namo dai na mangayo ug maayung serbisyo, kay mubayad man tawn mig sakto, wala man namo hangyua inyo pagkaon. Pasalamat pa gani mo, na sa kabati sa inyong feedbacks regarding your service, gsuwayan gihapon mos mga tao. Im not one of those people na mangaway ug waiter/waitress kay maluoi ko, mostly akong mama jud na ang yaw yawan kung dugay or dli magkadimao ang orders, pero na irk jd kos ka hilas aning usa ka babae nila na gatabang ug serve, nasuko sya na g.follow up namo.

    DIRI NA ANG PINAKA JUICY NA PART! 😆

    Si miss anak, whoever this girl is, nisumbong sa marketing manager didtos kitchen. So nigawas si manager, niduol namo. my kuya thought jud na mu apologize kay usually mao mana ila buhaton, mupasabot and all. boy oh boy, was i wrong! hahhahaahahah. nangutana sya unsay problema ngano daw gpa ka uwawan namo iya mga tao? Siga ako mata oi, nibukal ako dugo. Unsa may nakapakauwaw anang mu follow up mis among order tawn? So i told her/him all my sentiments, from the icetea na kinutaw that took 20 mins from my plato and kutsara that took 10 mins and dont get me started on the wings guysss! hahahaha. nahurot nalang namong isa ka platter,na murag 20-30pcs, wala pa niabot ang g order namog advance kay ga huna2 jud mi na dugay. And then he/she said "If you cant wait, do not come back, LEAVE!" okay. pina shagit na pagka ingon. I told my family to pack up and adto nami. Then I told her/him, you know what no wonder you guys have 1 as a rating on your facebook account. Then she/he said "Ha? Ako muy marketing manager didto sa facebook account miss, 4.7 mi" hahahaha. Nagkatawa nalang ko, wala cguro ni syay basa2 sa ilang comments sa ka way ayu sa ilang serbisyo. So I told the mom/cashier before I went out, change your marketing manager.


    I think this is a family run-ed business without a know-how on business ethics. The mom, i presume, was the cashier. One of the waitress was the daughter, maybe. And another one was the "marketing manager" who doesnt really know how to market. Really. Do no defend your crew/family member tungod kay g.criticize inyong services. Katungod nas customer mu reklamo, kung mabaw kay mog luha na gamay storya, hilak na. Di mo magsilbe. Change venture nalang mo, dili ra ako muy first mureklamo ninyo sa ka way ayo sa inyong services.

    Me and my family rarely meet for dinners, Sundays ra jud na. We are busy people trying to make ends meet pud. Its just so sad na kausa nalang gani mi mag dinner together in a week, giguba pajud aning lugara.

    Lesson learned: Read FB comments, bati gani, AVOID.
    Food: 5/10. wasnt bad, wasnt that GOOD either.
    Service: pwede -10? hahaha.
    Price: barato. LIBRE HIGHBLOOD. =D

    thanks for the heads up kita ko ani sa park mall ... if this is the case.. dili nako mo adto ug I will tell all my food lover friends na dili na mo anhi hangtod mo sira ni sila.

    Sa dinugay og post aning Paparts direh sa istorya, waLa pa gyud ko ka kaOn didto. And maybe diLi na jud nuOn ko makakaOn didto.

    naka try ko nako sa katong papart's tuslob buwa nila, okay man ila service ngadto.

    Mosabot ra man unta ta anang dugay, pero kanang manager na mangaway ug customer... unprofessional kaau. tsk tsk

    Thanks sa headsup ts. Planning to try there pa man unta. Pero after this? Nah. . .id rather save myself from the frustrations.
