Hi guys! May father asked me to take over our business. He runs a trucking company. He forwards cargoes around Leyte and Samar region with his 10-wheeler trucks. He's struggling to balance his financial statements due to improper accounting and he runs his business solely. It is just a medium type of business. Although he made our lives better and we thank him for that. I want to help him in any way I can. I want to ask advise on where to start and how to start.
