Police No longer doing Night Patrols?

Correct me if im wrong: Naka bantay ko ba, nga sauna Police patrol at night daghan man kaayu to. But karun wala na lagi? I heard from a friend that Night Patrols are very common in Davao. This should be implemented in all regions.

I used to live in Labangon area and noticed the reduction of Police duties at night hantud wala najoy mag patrol every night especially past 12am. Moved to Tisa na same story man cguro.

Dont know sa lain places. Sa Happy Valley palang daan..... Do the authorities even care?
