Need Help!! VGA or PSU problem?

Sa tanang makatabang nako, daghang salamat daan. Sa katong willing pajud mutabang, mubayad ko.
So far nikalit rajud sha.

FYI: Been using the rig since 2013, nea around 2015 ko nag change og VGA, up to this date, okay ra sha. Nea nikalit lang ug ing ani pag on nako. HALLP ME!!



So here's what I did:
1. Nag research ko about ani. Most of them didn't have specific answers but I did try their suggestions but still no effect.
2. I thought maybe PSU was the problem since it mentioned na maybe wa mataod ang PCI-e cables from PSU to VGA. I checked and okay raman sha but mao ra ghapon ang result)
3. Holding on to the idea nga PSU ang problem, I bought Silverstone Strider Plus 600W nga PSU today, gitaod but still no effect. Mao ra ghapon. Now I'm starting to think basin VGA ang problem? But how come?
4. I f***ing need help asap.

Tsk tsk. Try lang daw check sa MSI if naa pa ba ni warranty. Di kaayo ko familiar unsa ka taas ila warranty. If naa, then pwede pa na ma RMA. I think naa ta fellow istoryans na mo cater ana if that is the case.

mura'g 2 or 3 year manufacturer's warranty ning MSI... ad2 nato I-claim sa region kun asa nato gipalit ang unit...

ako, naka claim ko'g warranty sa isa sa akoang MSI R9-270x Hawk. Did2 nako gi palit sa Shanghai. did2 ra pud ko nag claim sa warranty. then dali ra man kayo ang warranty claim did2. pag report nko sa online shop kun asa ko nag palit (JD.com), gi pick up man dayo nila then gi check dayon sa technical support nila the next day. pag confirm na daot gyud ang GPU, gi ship dayon padung sa MSI distributor then in parallel, gi ship sa distributor ang bnew replacement unit padung nako.

no idea ko diri's sa Pinas kun unsa ka effective ning pag claim nato'g warranty. daghan man diri naka suway na'g claim pud...

ayaw na ipacheck ug tech-or iparepair una kai naa pa ang seal sa isa ka screw-but pwede nmo ipa test ug lain system/setup kai basin ug tandugunon lang na(tarnished gamay imo solder points sa pcie-power and some few "dirt" on semi-conductors) ug d jud madala very usa international warranty if valid pa na, then find a local distro how magpa RMA
