hello to all, ask lang unta ko regarding my new unit i got this LCD screen naa siyay usa ka neon colored pixel all the time although very small siya pero mapansin jud ky naa man siya located sa dark portion sa wallpaper, i also got the same problem with my phone pero ako na tong g post didto sa gizmo and gadgets, anyways heres my question

1. is there any possibility na matakdan ang ubang pixel?
mean as time goes by ma apil pud ug ka neon green colored ang uban pixel?

2. unya pwede pa ba na ipaayu?

sorry for the dumb questions pero curious lang ty..

i think you should get that replaced...if there's still warranty...

its a "stuck pixel" in some cases it is repairable by yourself... search lang sa software category...

bai what if ako lang pasagdan? dili bana mu katag sa ubang pixel?

maybe, maybe not. better replace it if it is still under warranty. you'll be sure to have a new one with most likey no defects.

if its still under warranty have it replaced nalng bro

Naa may replace warranty policy ang mga LCD's tan awa sa package manuals, certificates kuyog pag palit nimo. Replacement policy for LCD. Kay sa ako nahibaw-an dili na cla mo replace if usa ra ka dot ang prob like what u have mentioned correct me if i am wrong. Try lang ug call sa AOC customer service.
