    Default GPU bought from NUTECH, 2 months in for replacement, still not yet there


    Ill start of by saying that this is another issue about NUTECH, specifically the store in SM Cebu

    I bought a graphics card from this shop on July 18, 2016
    The card was a GTX970 from ZOTAC.
    A common problem when they sell GPU's is that some of the accessories are gone/not in the box.

    Well my issue with this store was that, on August 28, 2016
    I returned the CARD because it basically DIED/BROKE(Showed pink screen), and cant be detected from the MOBO.
    I only used it for one month, wow, its not like I was using this card for bit coin mining.

    I waited for about 1 month, went back to the store, and I was claiming a ZOTAC GTX970.
    But then it WASNT MINE, not in my name, the guy in charge was shocked to know that there was another ZOTAC 970 to be replaced, maybe because the person(Anton) who prepared my Return form didn't prepare it properly.

    So, they gave me a service/temporary unit, a GT730 DDR5,1GB from ASUS. This card is like 3000pesos and the card that I bought was for 16000 pesos, I also regret the fact that I didn't wait for the new gpu's like a 1060 or 1070.

    I waited for another month, which is today, And they told me that its not yet here...

    Can you guys give me any advice? mga brad? should I wait more? thing is, I paid for a huge price and wasnt event able to use it that long...

    Gitagaan ka nila ug return invoice? or unsay twag ana nila.adtu tawag sa main office nila i reklamo tanan, thats a discrepancy.
    akong ng fren ang manager sa emall branch.i follow up lng pirme.

    Naka try ko ug RMA sa akong HyperX Cloud na headset, bought it from Nutech South town but what I did bro was took it to Nutech main branch sa Borromeo St ba na, di ko sure. almost a month pud akong paabot before nabalik ang headset.

    i think 2 months is a sign of poor service from Nutech, unta makabasa sila ani para ma-improve pud ilang service.

    I have the Return/Repair Form, i guess thats the return invoice?
    Ill call their main office today and update what they think about it...

    If i only knew where to properly take it, i would have but its too late. I guess I'll call their main branch nalang, hope my time wasnt wasted for this long, haayyy

    it could have been branch transfer or courier delays boss, and most likely return to manufacturer gyd na ang case if ever wala silay stock. i think, but im not sure lng pd, pwde ka mka request ug store credit or refund if ever naa na sa ilang terms and conditions. you have the rights as a customer, just be patient and humble lng sa imo approach.

    pangayo ug tarong na update-demand a official letter why dugay imo unit mailisan, current status sa replacement and guaranteed na date/eta when ka matagaan replacement-murag uso na ni sa mga tindahan-not just computer shops na dugay2 imo replacement labi na if customer na musugot ra ingnan "tawagon ra ka if naa na ang replacement" reasoning.

    usa pud ko ka biktima ani ilang serbesyo... akong gibuhat ato every week ko sigeg tawag abtan ug usa ka buwan silverstone psu ra man unta duol ra kaayo ang distro. mas maayo e dritso nalang jud nimo sa main branch sir ka ning kilid sa cebu col.
