Default need help: good PC assembly

Hi mga boss. Patabang ta ko, noob pako sa pag-assembly ug pc from scratch but dili sad ko stranger to technical stuff. But very interested ko to give it a try so suway ta ko with our family desktop.

Ask ta ko ug advise unsay nindot na assembly set up para everyday pc. Usually for heavy internet use(includes internet games, youtube and other video streaming sites), mga pambata na games as well as some old games(cs strike, sim city, ug uban pa old school games and some low level graphics gaming), typical pc use, and tigdugay na gamit straight in a day and kind of init sad among lugar. Monitor is optional.

If everyday pc lang, mas cheaper ba jud kaha mga set-up ug imo or gamay ra ug deperensya if magpalit nalang ug ready made?

    Desired spec sa finished product:
    1. Paspas
    2. Lig-on(ave 18hrs a day naka-on)
    3. Good cooling
    4.open for future upgrading
    5. Budget around 15k

i know daghan na gaming pc threads here but murag advance ra kau sila for me. Maybe you can look at this as a 'starter gaming pc rig for id***s guide' thread for starters like me.

Salamat sa makatagad unta ani. Will appreciate the help

    If I were you,
an i3 CPU (2nd gen or better) and respective motherboard (preferably Asus, MSI or Gigabyte)

    4 to 8GB of RAM

something like an HD 7770/R7 260 graphics card if you intend to play games (ie. Dota 2, CS:GO, GTA, etc.). Otherwise, a basic GT 630/730 will do.

A decent PSU (Corsair, Seasonic or Silverstone)

Western Digital or Seagate hard drive.

And a case with decent ventilation (ie, at least 2 mounting places for 120mm fans).

boss, is it okay to forego the graphics card for now then go for i3? Then later on, when budget permits, get the gt730? Would it be worth it? It wont really be strictly a gaming pc so i can sacrifice video quality for now.
