Right now I'm a pretty lethargic student. I'm basically a potato and I think doing some crossfit training would be fun and something new.
Can someone give me an honest opinion on crossfit for someone who's never done it before.

Honestly, the best way for you to find out is to try it. Crossfit really isn't for everyone, but it's popular because it sounds like it's more effective than other programs. You might see a lot of people having fun with it, but if you check how many people actually stick with the program, don't be surprised if you see that a lot of them quit pretty soon after.
I don't mean to be discouraging, but I am saying that Crossfit can only work if you stick to doing the workouts regularly.![]()
I finally was able to visit a "box" ( crossfit gym ) last week and it was intense but was one of the most fun workouts I've had it years! Signed up for a fundamentals class this week hahaha hope it goes well![]()
