For motorcycle riders, I see a lot of this reflective vests being worn. Are they now STRICTLY implementing this? Or it's just another fad that will eventually fade soon?

I also noticed that you can't go inside the Naval Base and Airforce Base here in Lapulapu if you are NOTE wearing one.

mao sad ni akong mga nakita karon sir. . mostly mga duol sa base. kay diri pud sa Central command sa apas dili napud ka maka sulod kung wala ka ana sir.

Uso naman pod gud ang DRL sa mga sakyanan karon.. Mao ila pod gi daylight reflector vest..
