For those who have worked na in-line sa ilang nahuman na course, nagamit ba to the full extent (or at least some of it) ang inyong na learn sa school? Let us exclude subjects like the minors like communication, how to make letters, or personal relations kai common naman kaayo na. let's talk about the actual skills.
I'll give example (mag sorry nako daan kai naai dili maka relate ani). Electrical Engineer ko tuod karon pero as of now, gina train ko as a Maintenance Technician in a company.
Para daw kuno ma develop ang skills sa imong career, kai mag enroll daw ta ug mga special courses that costs thousands of pesos... pero we can still develop those kinds of skills whether technical or personal type of skills pero sa sulod na sa workplace and its already free... kaysa bayaran nimo ang skills needed sa work place. Pero ang problema kai what if fresh graduate pajud ka, dako kag marks tuod pero the required skills for the work places aren't there yet? So ang applicant mapugos nalang ug enroll sa specialized skills training.
What are your thoughts in this?
