    Default Namugos sila mupalit sa right of way : Need advice


    Naa kami property sa usa ka lugar we won it after decades-long civil case. We decided to sell the property kay gilibutan man ug kaatbang sa kaso, samok. Part of the property is used as an alley. Some residents there have known that we are selling that property and that they are worried that if anybody whos able to purchase that lot might close the road and that they INSISTED TO US na ila paliton ang part lang as right of way. But our family decided that we dispose that as a whole, but dili sila kaaford. Unsa man na? Murag kami man gilansangan nila. We have yet to give our asking price but its for the whole lot. For me right of easement is not an issue kay currently residents there are free to traverse. Kung lain makapalit ana dayon di sila paagion, is that our problem? We have lawyers but we are tired of cases like this. Need advice istoryans.
    We have lawyers but theyre not aware of this issue yet. Diri sa ko mangutana kay naa mn pod mga bright diri lawyers especially.

    i consult nalang dayon na sa inyung lawyers.... i think the government will decide ug asa dapit ang yuta nga pwede i close unya asa dapit nga yuta nga oblige nga mo hatag ug right of way....

    di raba ma likayan mo ask sa neightbors ang buyers sa yuta nga ilang paliton

    Ang buyer na ang bahala mohatag sa right of way.

    ako tan aw problema nani sa buyer,,, mao bitaw as a buyer mo ask jud una kon naa ba road right of way.... if wala medyo magpadagana

    Sa ako nakita, segurista lang jud ang mga silingan. Hasol napod if epa bu-ak pa sa TS ang ilang yuta para lang sa ilang right of way.

    Hinoon hasol jud na ang yuta nga problema. Ako idea is... while on going na ang negotiation para ebaligya ang yuta, wala na sa area ang outgoing owner / seller.

    inform na lang ang buyer sa sitwasyon. thats the best thing you can do. be honest.

    sa right of way, as far as i know, it's in the law nga always jud ka muhatag ana if deem neccesary
