which is safer? or are they really safe? now a days boob jobs are very common mura lang kag ngpamanicure kay it'll take as short as 2-3 hrs... Im jaz kinda wondering if safe ra jud bcoz i worry my sis she got her boobs done i was der during the procedure jaz to make sure that everything will go smoothly. The procedure was quite awful, she had a silicon implanted. I read the box wer the silicon was stores it said that after 20 years it'll expire. My sis is 36 so after 20 years shel be 56 ok ra kay kalain man pud ug 56 na erect ra gihapon kaau her boobs. Mabuang ko kay gidungan niya pahimo ug slit n nose job n lipo in his arms...

collagen? i dont think this is used as breast implants. i've only heard of silicone material and it is either filled with silicone gel or saline and i think there are new "fillings" doctors use nowadays which i dont know what. is it safe? CERTAINLY NOT. it's actually considered as one of the most dangerous cosmetic surgery procedure available coz it comes with alot of serious risk and possible life threatening complication. di nalang nako i mention diri kay daghan kaayo kapoy nag type. just search on the internet and you should find alot of info on breast implants.
