unsa software to extract the avi file from matroska?

mga bro,

unsay sayon or user-friendly or straightforward lang nga software para mo extract (convert if that is the correct term) sa avi or divx file from a matroska file or container.

i'm not a video techie guy so kana lang naay daghan default options ba. di man gud ma-play diretso ang matroska sa ako dvd player, mao ako ganahan i-convert to divx.

mas maayo kun freeware lang
any suggestion greatly appreciated.

gamit lang ug FLV player, dont know if naa na converter. not sure though

basin di kaayo klaro ako pangutana...
wala ra ko problema sa player sa windows mga bro, updated na man ako codec, ma-play ra gyud ang ako kinopya/downloaded nga mkv file.

ang ako ganahan nga ikopya nako ako mkv file to dvd disc, then adtu nako tan-awon sa tv using my pioneer dv-380 player (with divx support na man, pero dili man ka play ug .mkv file).
