Welcome to the club! I have been tagged as a 'hopper' na daw (just three BPO companies in two years). I recently went job hunting and was called such by two companies I applied for.

For those mga gi tawag ug 'hopper', share daw mos mga experience ninyo. What did you say during the interview when you were called one?

teletech - 11 months sykes - 2 month, stream - 9 months, cvg itpark - 8 months, stream until cvg - 2 years. wa na ko bpo karon. gikapoy na.

i resigned sa teletech cause of office politics, sykes awol, stream resigned kay ganahan try sa cvg, cvg awol, stream cvg resigned kay gikapoy na. i even became an mod, pero kapoy na jud.

Xerox - 2 years / Qualfon - 6 months / CVG - 2 years / Teletech - 6 months / TechMa - 2 months

Since 2003 ika 4 pa ni nga center akong gi trabahoan jud. Ang uban within 2 year halos ka pila nag change company ID.

Company A - 7 months (igo ra nag pa regular) .. after 2 days, start na ni company B
Company B - 2 months (igo ra ni kuha sa 2nd sweldo) .. after na kuha ang sweldo, start na kang company C the next day
Company C - 5 Months
Company D - more than 6 years

ePer - first job, 2 years ( I resigned kay wala na ang acc, and looking for technical pud unta )

Stream/CVG - Tech lageh resigned after 18 months. Dli na same ang stream culture after cvg 😳
