IMO it's best to directly apply nalang, kaysa mo agi paka ani nila. Ma extended lang imohang application process, kay uban ani nila mag conduct ug ilahang interviews, unya, e endorse napod ka nila, interview napod. Sayang oras ug pliti. Bad exp ko with some of the above.

Usually, ilahang mga job posting, pareho raman sa direct company nga ila gi endorse. For those who are job hunting, best sites to look for job are Jobstreet and Mynimo.
