    Default need an advice regarding buying a lot


    first time namo mamalit ug yuta..unsa kasagaran importante nga pangitaon gikan sa owner before magbayranay or dapat econsider? and asa ta makabalo kung pila ang current amount per sq meters in a certain location? ..salamat

    Price per Sq meter nag depende pero kasagaran diri sa cebu commercial lot naman mao mahal2x, kung nahimutang sa kilid sa highway or duol kay mas mahal.. magkalayo sa highway/main road kay mas barato2x.. first thing to consider is the title sa lot kay mao nay pinaka importante para di ka masabit.. in case sa binayranay need mog abogado para sa inyo deed of sale, to follow na tong sa BIR bayaran nga tax, Registry of Deeds para sa titulo..medyo dugay2x ang process raba ani... base rapod na skoa na experienced palit ug yuta... huwat lang sad ta sa uban basin naa pa kuwang sakoa natubag.. ...

    Adto sa city assessor's office para makahibalo kung legit ba gyud ang yuta ug mahibaloan pud ang zoning,

    If data-data, pangitaa ang LTS or License to Sell issued by HLURB. Ang LTS is proof na way problema na ang yuta unya financially capable ang developer mo develop sa yuta kay pangitaan man na sila og financial studies.     Mga unsa sad kaha kadugay ang pag process sa whole thing? Kung naa na'y ready mopalit sa yuta, pag process nalang kulang, mga unsa kaha ka dugay?
