Based on experience, I noticed nga you get less pimples in some brands compare to others. Ayon-ayon gyud ni siya. Keep on experimenting lang para makit-an nimo asa ka hiyang. Acne prone skin pud ko.

I experience a side effect using creatine before. I find it painful to urinate 'coz my creatinine levels were too high. My doctor prescribed a one-dosage pill & I'm good. The cause? Taking creatine without drinking much water. In case of whey, I have tubs & empty tubs of it, LOL. No side effects so far except the occasional pimple breakout, hehhehehe. As long as you shake it well & drink lots of water, you're good. And oh, don't gulp whey in powder form directly to your mouth, you'll choke to death & that's the side effect you must be afraid of. LOL
