Motorcycle Temporary Plate

Hi guys..just want to ask about the 2nd hand motorcycle that I bought. Expired na ang CR and nka Temporary Plate pa xa.. Is it hassle to renew it's registration?last 2014 pa xa na buy..until now is temporary plate pa.. The owner told me that the motorcycle dealer always told her that LTO has no available plate. Hope you can reply with this..Thanks!!
