Hi guys..I just want to ask something. We have recently bought a 2nd hand motorcycle and I want to make a deed of sale para maka siguro and in case of Transfering the ownership.. ask ko lang po if pwede bah mag pa notarized ng Deed of Sale na wala ang presence ng Seller? Only his/her ID and signature affixed on the Deed of Sale.. Hope you can reply with this..salamat.

Ok rman, nka try ko before ngpahimo ko og deed of sale ID ra sa seller (amigo nko) ako gipakita...then ngpa perma rako pg.uli nya gkan abroad...then ng.transfer of ownership daun ko....I'm not sure lng if mo allow ang uban lawyer ana..kaila rman gud to nko ang lawyer nga ng.notarized.

yes pwede ra..but usually ang date nga mo appear ky same date pg.notarized.. so assume it nga both of you signed of the same date also..para walay nay sangit...

wala ko naka-try na i-suwat ang date bai. mas formal kung computerized/typewritten ang imong deed of sale bai.
