Ask lang ko if pila budget if mag pa tukod ug 2 stories na house?

40-50 sqm
simple lang sya concrete.

@killuarey, mura under General man ni imo query , anyway, daghan man mga nag post diri na kung tag pila ang per square meter ang pag build sa house. for example.

1). 10k to 15k ------Class C
2). 16k to 20k ------Class B
3). 21K to UP ------Class A

Mao gyud ni kasagaran ako makita na pricing per square meter. . Pero kung naa nakay designed unya naa kay kasaligan na foreman ug mga panday ug mason, aw maka less gyud ka sa cost. ..

I agree with the said cost estimate... And you can further lessen the cost if you can buy personally the material and find cheap and quality labor.

@killuarey, this is just a rough cost estimate, let assume that you are going to select Class C with the rate of 10k/square meters.

Lot Area = 50 square meters.
Floor Area = 80 square meters ( 40 square meters ground + 40 2nd floor).
Cost estimate :
80 * 10,000 = 800,000 Pesos - I think sa current cost sa mga materials karon basin mas taas pa, rough finished pani siya.

2 CR/Bathroom = ground & 2nd floor
2 to 3 Bedrooms = 2nd floor

You can considered the advice of @Scott Bernard.

Nagplano sad ko ug pahimo ug balay , hopefully this year or early next year.. .
