murder occurs everywhere but if you're pertaining to the vigilante killings that is allegedly supported by the city government... well, Davao City is known to have the same kind of shadow policy though they do give the mark a choice to get out of Davao or stay and die...

then there's also the frat wars where innocent victims are hurt or killed because they were mistaken to be opposing frat members...

this culture of violence is to be expected-- it's in our blood-- ingrained by oppression, wars. Hey, humanity is still part of the animal kingdom.
