i still think Zen Vision is a lot better
ipod video
it will only play quicktime/mpeg4 movies
the screen is much bigger
zen vision, plays WMV, DivX, Xvid etc.. basta daghan, user replaceable battery pa
I think ZEN vision is an awesome device too but its to bulky for me, The nice thing about the ipod video is its very portable and light, you can still use it at the GYM, the screen is small enought for one person If more the one person would like to watch the movie you plug it in A TV.
I also found a way to download a movie/show etc.. and it automatically converts the video to IPOD format which makes everything more convenient
do you have to convert your videos to let them play also? What software do you need to use?
yup both has its pros/cons but with zen vision man gud you can output 640x480 to the TV, nice kaayo murag near DVD copy na, btw wala ko ani nga item ha, ako lang gi researchbasta naa ra sa iyang format dili na kailangan i convert, naa man siya software converter, but i think i would prefer virtualdub and proper codecs...
Thats awesome, and tried outputting the IPOD video to TV when we reviewed it, so so tv output, enough just to enjoy the show pero pixelize gyud usahay. ANime Looks great thought mas ma klaro ang pixels kung real shows.
One disadvantage sa ZEN though you cant watch it from the side kay mu lain daw ang color, sa IPOD video sad pag reviw nato, enough for 3 persons to watch sikit sikitly rasad hehehe after that the rest of the people sa side maka noticed na ug bluish discoloration.
I think are a truely technical video buff I think ZEN VISION is the gadget for you, heck, PSP might even be the best one gyud except wala lang built in memory, so you need to get atleas 4gig nga MS to enjoy the most of your PSP as a video and music player.
The IPOD video is more for the simple person who just likes to watch downloaded shows with less hassle in terms of portability and operation.
It's a TV show viewer IMO, not a movie viewer, because it can only play 2 hours on video mode and most movies are more than 2 hours hehehe![]()
well i can watch a movie or two with my PSPpag naa na 4gig na ms duo pro, combati kaayo na
also with user replaceable batteries or katong solar powered na charger samot lol
For what it's worth, the 60GB model is rated by Apple for 20 hours of life (3 hours of video playback), thats just enough for 1 movie lol. Well if one is planning to watch a movie it would be better to plug it into a speaker like an IM7 where the unit gets charge at the same time and the IM7 plugs to the TV.
I guess this convenience really fits those people who want to watch there recently downloaded videos/movies/tvseries with other people and dont want to go through the hassle and cost of burning it to a DVD to be able to watch it.
Other equipemtn like a protable charger, AV cable and other sorts may be require to have maximum satisfaction.
