WE NEED ANOTHER PERSON TO FILL IN THE SAME POSITION
You will be:
1. Working closely with our content/social team in order to develop the ongoing social advertising plan
2. Staying on top of changing trends in the industry and across all platforms
3. Taking note of results we’ve seen within the agency across all clients and use those to guide future recommendations
4. Managing the relationship with our respective representatives at each network – primarily Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tumblr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- CREATE social media content; draft copies and schedule daily posts, create and maintain content calendar
- MONITOR social media platform/s in real-time
- ENGAGE followers through compelling and authentic comments (includes editorial and sponsored content)
- DEVELOP and MAINTAIN social media partnerships and content swaps with various partners
- PARTICIPATE in SEO research and implementation, as required
- STAY UPDATED and AHEAD of key trends, competitive insights and emerging social media
- GENERATE daily trend reports and PROVIDE weekly roll-up to the Social team, providing recommendations for optimizing traffic
Required Skills, Experience & Abilities:
- Proven track record of building a strong social presence across multiple social media platforms
- Experience in successfully managing social marketing projects (from strategy development through execution)
- Expertise in digital and social media metrics
- Knowledge of the principles of SEO, analytics, tracking and social media monitoring tools
- MUST have strong writing skills
- MUST be experienced with handling video content
- MUST have strong understanding of branding
- Able to work independently yet contribute proactively to team efforts
