    Default Call Center Hatred VIRAL BLOG POST!


    Hello guys. Naa kuy nabasahan ng blog post sa usa ka former call center employee about sa iyang kalagot sa call center industry. Currently kay nag viral na ni nga blog post. Unsay ikasulti ninyo ani mga ma'am/sir?

    Para naku, while the author expressed some element of truth sa iyang gisuwat kay harsh ra kaayu ang uban niyang gipangsulti.

    The blogger laments the call center's pro-client stance instead of being pro-agent. He laments being scolded for being late. He whines about the behavior of other employees. And finally he says "ayaw nilang mapromote ang mga taong marunong manindigan at pipiliin nila ang taong mauuto nila." And yes, in a nutshell, he's really saying he's the best guy out there and the universe revolves around him.

    It's the height of arrogance for an employee to enter into a job and expects the whole organization to conform to his wishes. It's either that or he needs his head checked because it's really a slippery slope from here (normal) to there (whatever that is).

    Does it really matter? I mean you do your job go straight home, SAVE, INVEST and retire..
    How hard would that be?
    he's criticizing the industry that have been giving life to our ECONOMY. no sht if walay call center/ BPO industry sa pinas unsay trabaho sa uban.

    at some point he/she did pointed out some reality,

    #1 call center is not a career
    #2 daghan gihapon hilas sa call center sector
    #3 nag lunop gihapon ug social climber.
    #4 starbucks nga mug pero 3-n-1 ang sulod (i admit i did tried it once, wa man nahimong starbucks)

    harsh or not its reality, you cant sugar coat reality or it will hit you in your face badly... (nag rhyme man hahahahaha)

    ako i have my own experience sa mga call center, and its not good and its not called hate, its what i see and experienced... sugar coated story are for idiots only...

    However, I guess even if wala'y call center, these will still be the same..

    #Daghan gihapon kaayo tao hilas
    #Nag lunop gihapon ang mga social climber

    And I don;t think if mawala ang call center, mawala ning mga ingon aning klasenfg mga tawhana

    While with the other 2.. cyempre some naka starbucks mug jud coz u need mugs when you work in a call center, most of them regalo man sad gikan exchanging gifts sa xmas party or even if pinalit pa nimo imong starbucks mug, dapat jud diay starbucks imo kape isulod?

    And while most agents might agree na dli cya career, labi na kato cge ra balhin2x... some people have actually made a career out of the industry, kana mga nisaka sa rank and naa na sa management.. most of them more than 10 years na sa industry so more or less career na sad na cya. just my 2 cents lang

    bitter man ang author sa blog. daghan kayu syag lapses tks tks. dpende ra sa tao kung gastador or dili. wala man sguro sayun nga trabaho.. tanan hinaguan ang kwarta.

    you need to get up and work. kung ganahan sya mag tambay nyasalig sa ATM. edi wow.
