Please this is very urgent. My PC has been hack today!!! Inig on nako sa akong PC ug Internet connection murag naay virtual nga hacker nga maka-access sa akong PC.. He or she deleted all my files in Drive D!!
Pero inig off nako sa akong internet mawala ang access sa hacker. Is this all because of my internet connections? Globe akong internet connection ani...

TABANG GUYS!!!!

All my files now are gone and has been removed!! But naa koy back-up sa importante.


My internet provider is Globe!! nganong nakaccess man sila sa akong PC virtually??

in regards to deleted files..., more than 90% of that CAN be recovered!..., so, ayaw lang panic...

my advise..., ayaw i-internet or ayaw lang usa gamita totally
best you do the backup/recovery first then reformat your computer aron 'wala' na si hacker...

Ang taas nga paagi is subaya kung naa ba'y na-install diha nga mga trojans and/or remote access programs nya ipang-uninstall if wala nimo gigamit.

Ang pinakadali nga solution ana Master is... format & fresh install nalang.
Dili na ka mag-subay. Magamit na dayon nimo imo PC with confidence.

advise nako pullout old harddrive install a new harddrive new OS with all security updates and security apps,, next scan and diagnos old harddrive, sun in a sunbox mode after ani run a recovery if naa pakay need e recover

Rather than having been hacked, it sounds more like you might have a virus or malware on your PC. You might still be able to fix it, keeping a reformat as an option of last resort. Here's what you can do:

Install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Update the program definitions.

Install a good antivirus (I personally use Avast). Update the virus definitions.

Boot your computer into Safe Mode. Run a scan with Malwarebytes, and again with your antivirus. When all is finished, reboot normally.

In normal mode, install a good firewall (I recommend ZoneAlarm, or you can use Windows' own built-in firewall) and activate it.

If you're lucky, that should fix your problems. If not, please post your system details (operating system, etc.). We'll try to see if there's anything else to suggest.
