Basic Qualifications:

- This position is open to college graduate or undergraduates (must have completed at least two years of college) of any course.
- Open to fresh or recent graduates AND to career shifters (with work experience in a non-bpo company)
- Must be willing to work on evening schedule
- Must be willing to work in Cebu city
- Demonstrated ability to listen and problem solving skills
