Anyone else who has this eczema?

How did you treat it?
I'm really frustrated on how to treat this. I am now Using Hydrocortisone .1% and a proper diet but it seemed to have no effect.

Please help!!!!

naa ko ani mga 1 year na wala pajud na ayo, every 3 days mu peel jud akong lips.

ask lang unta ko if kumusta na imu problem if na cure naka?
