Need help po mga boss for a 60-70k gaming rig

Hello mga Boss,

I'm a console gamer and decided to switch to PC. I'm new to everything but I do my own research on what specifications that will suit my needs for a gaming rig. My budget is around 60k without monitor. Niadto nako sa mga PC stores dire - Thinking tools, Gaisano Interpace and PC Quickbuys. So far, I'm confused jud unsa ang maayo og unsa ang dli kai mahal o bati. Need help po mga Boss.

Mao ni nga specs akong na decide kuhaon:

Processor: Intel core 17-4790 3.6ghz (not oc)

GPU: Asus GTX 970 (I was quoted Strix and the other was GTX 970 Turbo) unsai maau mga boss?

Mobo: Dire q naglisod og maayo. I was quoted MSI z97 G3 and ASUS B85-Pro gamer however I'm eyeing on the ASUS z97-A based sa akong research nga maayo daw ni nga board for my processor.

HDD: Transend 256GB SSD

RAM: Hyper X 8GB (2 pcs.)

PSU: Silverstone SST-ST7F 750w

CPU Cooler: Corsair H55 or H75 (galibog sad q unsa maayo ani)

Here's what I can recommend! Much better if you go with Skylake build..

Specs:
- Intel i5-6600 = 10,450 PHP
- Gigabyte GA-H170M-D3H = 5,750 PHP
- GSkill Ripjaws DDR4 16GB 2400Mhz = 5,250 PHP
- Zotac GTX 980 Ti AMP! = 31,500 PHP
- Western Digital 1TB Black = 3,550 PHP
- Samsung 850 Evo 250GB = 4,750 PHP
- SuperFlower Leadex 650W = 5,400 PHP
- Tecware Alpha Gaming Case = 2,250 PHP


Total Price: 68,900 PHP

If you wanna get a closed loop water cooling or an aftermarket cooler, just add the budget....
Also, for gaming 8GB is enough, so you can get a 2x4GB instead so that you can save. .

This is already a Skylake build.

Depends on your planned resolution, since I recommended you the GTX 980 Ti, this is targeted for 1440p & 4k gaming, if it's 1080p only then a GTX 970 would be fine.

I'm using a GTX 970 & a 1080p monitor and can run smoothly on Witcher 3 & GTA 5 (high-ultra settings) @ 60fps..

unsa pa ma'y plan nimo na productivity apps na gamiton nimo sa rig bro na mag i7 man gyud ka? unsa ang mga softwares?

basin ma sayang lang ang gasto nimo on your i7 then dili nimo ma gamit ang full functionality nya. but, nice to have hinoon ni kun naa'y mag ask kun unsa ang CPU... hehehe... for a gaming rig (intel's side) w/ powerful (tier 1 or tier 2 GPU) on either single or dual config, the i5 is the bang for the money... this CPU is a gem for gaming...

kun mag video editing ka, depende pud ni's Apps nimo na mo utilize ba sya sa hyper-thread sa i7... naa ma'y mga video editing Apps na 2 cores ra ang gamiton nila... even an i3 is bang for this video editing apps...

if bag-o paka sa ani na passion, ayaw padala sa mga nice to have... in short, for a poser rig (spec wise)... gasto2x ka lang...

basta, check your planned Apps lang gyud. ang ma save na amount, you can add this into the GPU or a larger capacity SSD or even for a more capable CPU cooler or a mech keyboard or gaming mouse or a nice monitor. nice gyud kun hiyang nato ang keyboard, mouse ug monitor kay mao ni sila ang atoang physical and visual interface...

I was thinking of ASUS H170 Pro Gaming pero out of stock pman cla ron. Kasagaran baligya ron kato nman mga Z170 series mga boss oi which is mejo mahal. Okay ra ba ni cla? Salamat again mga bro.

Any B150 or H170 mobo will do.. Z170 mobo is for overclocking use. . Try daw inquire sa Nutech, PCQB or G.I.

SuperFlower PSU can be purchased at Cebu Appliance Center or you can buy it at Chai NAB Comp..

or pag non-K i5 nlng and use same MoBo

1080p reso monitor? Go for 970
Anything higher reso kay 980 ti
