problems in wireless router (linksys) to wifi pci adapter connection

mga bro, need a little helpmga bro. i think there's something wrong with my configuration.my pc is connected to a wireless router (linksys). my router is connected sa smart bro. no problems on it. I can connect to the internet with that.

ang ako na problem is ang akong wireless router padung sa akong other pc which has a wifi adapter (belkin wireless G plus) . ang akong other pc can not detect my wireless connection.
i did everything i could. maybe there's something wrong with my config.
unsa man mga important nga configuration kinahanglan ani mga bro?

I had the same problem with a new Linksys -- they gave me instructions to change some obscure settings sa router. It worked fine after that.

Have you already checked your SSID, channel, security settings, and speed?

- wala ka nag mac address filtering bro? try lang check kay basin ang dawaton
sa muha router s kato ra isa nmo ka pc.

- maka kita muha pc nga naa belkin sa wireless router? if maka kita but dli ka connect,
naa rana sa config sa muha belkin.. then paki check lang sad ang config sa router
like IP permissions,mac address filtering and etc.

dili man kakita ug network connections akong other pc bay......then ang SSID nako kay ako nang gi broadcast enabled. nya ang MAC address filtering kay ako sad gidisabled.ang channel kay ako nasad gi-set ang other pc nakoh sa channel same sa router.

how about the wireless mode? remember that B clients cant communicate with G host/router. unless you set your host as B/G.

Na solve nani bro:

- simple solution
* disable both its "FIREWALL" if you are using Windows XP.

kung wa pa ni na solve:

try this....

pag testing ug laptop nga wireless capable, basii ug ang imong router ang wa ga broadcast ug wifi...para lang ma -isolate nimo ang problem...then kung ma detect sa laptop ang imong SSID sa router, ang imong belkin ang naay problema...

consider also the location of your router and the other PC, basi ug naay concrete wall in between....

ask lang ko unsa ang model sa imong router?

if your router is WRT54G, im sorry to say...hinay na sya na klase na router...

recommended model is WVC200 w/ range booster...linksys lang guihapon...
