Default Why was this topic locked?

there are legal ways to download psp games thru PC/internet.
Aside from numerous homebrew games w/c are of course free to download and share,
you can also freely download great playable demos from Sony's official site itself,
either thru PC or thru the PSP's browser.

No reason was stated why the topic was locked,
so i assume it's case of a 'Minority Report' thing.

    1. My guess is a lock with the reason of "guilty by association".
    2. Homebrew games aren't playable unless you have a modified PSP.
    3. No matter how innocent people's intentions seem to be, the real intent is more often than not ... not very innocent.
    4. A post worded differently instead of giving a short vague question would never have been locked.

    thanks,
    however regarding #2 ,
you can still play homebrew games on unmodified psps w/ firmwares 1.0 and 1.5.
I'm not quite sure on 2.0+ firmwares.
There are still a few stores that sell PSPs w/ 1.0 and 1.5 firmware,
and they were even worth more than psps w/ recent firmwares,
until of course Lumines and Pandora came along.

Once again thanks for the enlightenment.
