    Default How to deal with problem tenants?

    Mao ni situation: 8 months na way bayad ang gaabang unit sa subdivision. Di jud madala napa barangay na sige hangyo. Kung file-lan sila ejectment at least 40k pod acceptance fee sa lawyer, nya kung ma eject sila mouli daw ila probinsya. Putlaw daw ug kuryente ug tubig apan nag warn sila harassment daw. Unsaon man pag singil ani mga hampaka?


    Btw, posting for my friend na bag-o lang sa rental business and for my future reference pod pag naa ko same business . Wa man gud kahimo written contract.
