The purpose of this position is to:
To be the interface between the SETS team, customers and the Sales team.
To co-ordinate the administrative management and delivery of assets and schedule service and repair work for Field Service Technicians and Service Agents.
Qualifications:
12 months of previous Service Centre experience
Well-developed planning and organizing skills and ability to achieve results
Strong collaboration skills
SAP experience is required but not mandatory
Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite applications
Excellent organizational abilities in the management of priorities and events
A mature, approachable and open communication skills, with an ability to adjust style to suit the level required
Strong decision making and problem solving abilities
