Default starter packs: epiphone les paul special II or squier affinity strat or tele

Planning to buy from any of the three starter packs. Unsa kahay maayo ani nila? Anad ra kog acoustic. Not very familiar with electric guitars.
But my friend suggests na epiphone les paul standard and line 6 spider jam amp maoy ako paliton.

squier strat / tele = single coil pick-ups
epiphone lp jr = humbacker pick-ups

    lahi na sila og tingug.

so, from that data...may i know what kind of music are you playing?

these guitars have different characteristics so u should definitely try em out 1st which one will suit u best..

strat - very versatile tone because of the pickup config S/S/H
    - slightly bigger\wider body than a LP or an ibanez rg
    - if it comes with a maple fingerboard, i find then quite 'slippery' as compared to a rosewood fingerboard.. but some ppl do prefer maple over rosewood (for beginners maple fingerboard would look like natural unpainted wood kinda yellow.. rosewood is dark brown and ebony is almost black and more expensive)

LP - H/H pickup config , but some higher end models come with coil splitting (or some say coil tapping is more correct term) which makes it more versatile since the humbucker is gonna sound like a single coil
    - w/ regards to the body, it might be slightly heavier than a strat specially if it came with a mahogany body, and a mahogany neck
    - most LP come with rosewood fingerboard

u really have to try these guitars because both of them have different neck profile.. i think 80% of the guitar is all about the neck feel.. u can always change pickups BUT the neck is more important.. u gotta feel the action (how hi or low are the strings to the fretboard), how round the radius is, does it grip in your hand comfortably, how wide the fretboard is.. the best neck that i've ever tried is by ibanez.. cause ibanez makes really good flat necks, and because my fingers are short, the flatnecks really gives me advantage to play faster.. if only i were 6 foot 2 then maybe i would'nt have problems playing a LP or strat but i'm not 6 foot 2 so ibby flat necks for me..

as far as amp is concerned, better to buy a line6 spider 4 15watts or 30 watts.. cause i think these 2 are cheaper than the spider jam.. what i think the 'jam ' has is actually a looper.. BUT the 15 and 30 watts already have a line in where u could play a backing track with an mp3 player or smartphone.. so for me the wise choice would be to buy cheaper cuz i think the jam is more expensive than the 15w and 30 w versions
OR for the same amount or slightly more, there's the yamaha thx 10, or roland cube
OR you could do away with amps... yes, no need for an amp if you have line 6 pod hd500x, cause it has built in amp simulation.. BUT you need a pair of headphones

the advantage of going with pod hd500x is that you would save money from having to buy an amp...
    here's the timeline:
path1: beginner on guitar > buy electric guitar and amp > get better at playing > try to land a gig > gig needs gadget/pedalboard > buy gadgets/pedalboard

path2: beginner on guitar > buy electric guitar and hd500x > get better at playing > gig ready cuz gadget/pedalboard is there already

as u can see, path 2 is cheaper on the long run BUT its quite expensive as for starters cause the line 6 pedalboard costs 20k plus.. but the effects board is already complete w/ amps..distortions, delays and everything AND u can record directly to computer.. so you are not only gig ready, but youtube ready too...

sagol2x diay omp tirada ts. so i would suggest na dili starter pack imo paliton but separate guitar and amp. you are not a total newbie on guitars so medya taas2x na imo standard sa build quality and tone.

if i am to choose, palit nalang epiphone lp or sg pro with coil splitting para naa sad ka single coil sound in 1 guitar, and fender mustang 1 modeling amp.
