The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative and management services to the Philippines branch. This includesmanaging and maintaining office services, office staff, departments, the productivity of the office and office records.

4.Must be dependable, honest and trustworthy
5.Must be have knowledge of office administration and experience building an effective business environment, including structuring a new location, office staff and maintain equipment
6.Knowledge of human resource management and supervision
7.Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all aspects of the position
8.Ability to manage and lead a team to meet company goals and standards
9.Excellent decision making, team building and interpersonal skills
10.Effective written, verbal and listening communication skills
11.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy, effective organizational skills
12.At least 5 years in a management position leading an effective team required
13.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office and email
14.BA/BS in Business preferred
15.Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
