guys, akong napalit nga videocard 2nd hand pinalit ni sa akong seller didto sa saudi daw. then akong question, if maguba puhon akong graphics card. mo-honor sila bisan 2nd user raka? then, ang gigabyte phils modawat ani if i-RMA nako puhon if simbako maguba ni nga card wa ta kabalo sa mahitabo. by the way, this april 2015 pani napalit sa original owner ani didto saudi.

^ usually, dili na sila mo dawat ug international warranty. ad2 gyud na nimo i-claim sa lugar kun asa ka nag palit. but better, check Gigabyte after sales service...

akoang 1st hand exprience kay sa MSI (R9 270x hawk in particular). nag ask ko's MSI after sales service support about a warranty claim. nag ask sila kun asa ko nag palit sa GPU then ad2 sa country of purchase origin nila ipa claim through their assigned after sales services support... naka register man gud na location nko sa MSI website kay Philippines pero, actual location nko kay naa's China (Shanghai). naa ra man diri nko ang GPU so, ako ra'ng gi report sa online shop (JD mall) then gi ilisan nila'g bnew unit... mga 2 months pa no nagamit diay to'ng ning hagtos na R9 270x Hawk... akoang gi pa mine ug crypto coins (scrypt algo) then run 24/7 naka OC to sya'g 12 % on core @ 15 % on the vram... hehehe...

lisura gyud diay ani sah... kay kani raba akong napalit gud nga 2nd hand gigabyte gpu kay saudi pa... then simbako maguba, impas tanan. paetz... kay karon lang pagcheck sa ilang website about warranty, nakabutang man didto" pls contact your local vendor, etc" ... mga ana nakabutang.

Gigabyte is handled by Ubertech cla ang distro ani, dli cla mo dawat/honor og international warranty, .okay ra 2nd hand user ka, as long as the GPU is under warranty ila ra i honor, no need to provide proof of purchase, just provide the Serial Number to them, just like with what I have experienced. .nindot gyud ilang after sales service. .

if ever maguba akong videocard boss nga kani pinalit sa saudi sa original owner ani,,, modawat kaha ni sila taga-ubertech sa akong videocard for RMA even covered gihapon sa 3year warranty period
