    Default Wok'd Thai Restaurant

Thai food is no longer new to Cebu, Wok’d, “Delivering it with a great deal of authenticity and quality is key.”

Wok’d is a small restaurant which has an open kitchen for you to watch how they are prepping your food up. Also, you get to see some fire exhibition. 😉 The place is a bit small but the interior design can give off that spacious feeling. It has a counter, around eight sets of table inside and four more outside. The place has a good Wifi service inside and music are also played on the background while you partake your food.

The menu offers a selection of starters, soups, curries, noodles and stir-fried and grilled items. Bestsellers include the duck pad thai and massaman beef, which is U.S. angus beef boiled for 1.5 hours until it becomes so tender, one barely has to apply pressure when cutting it with a fork. The Thai fried rice comes with generous chunks of chicken, fish, prawn and squid. The money bags, which look like tiny sacks of coins, are really stuffed with coconut and minced pork. The grilled salmon is a generous cut with red curry sauce, with pineapple, lychee and cherry tomato adding sweetness and tanginess to the mild spice.

Wok’d is located in Streetscape, Maria Luisa Road, Banilad. It is open daily from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch and 6 to 10 p.m. for dinner, except Fridays and Saturdays, when it stays open until 11 p.m. For a minimum order of P500, Wok’d delivers to selected areas around the city, including Banilad, Talamban, A.S. Fortuna and Cebu Business Park.
