if naa kay reklamo sa imo employer adto gihapon mos labor mag-abot then ipatawag mos labor for hearing, transfer mo to NLRC then if dili mo magkasabot diha na mogawas ang mga banggi0itan na abugado para motabang nimo. kana kung klarong wala kay nabuhat nga against sa company or sa labor law

Try NLRC. mulaban man gyud na sila pabor sa laborer daw.

and, sa PAO pud. depende kung unsay advise sa NLRC.

yeah will take your advise, but of course ngita ko work after ko nila gi illegal term, I have a family to feed, rent to pay etc....they almost caused a major problem with my pregnant gf coz gi guba ko nila financially.
