Guys! I need advice about owning a motorcycle when it comes to negativity in your family

I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post it so if this is the wrong thread just tell me ^^,)

So here's the deal I'm the guy who is a motorcycle and car enthusiast since i was a kid (though never owned one before) but I would love to own a motorcycle for myself (Eyeing the Duke200 as a first bike) now ever since i've brought that out to my family (uncles, titas, mom and dad) they would always tell me "Sus maryosep, pahuway anang bisyoha oie, mamatay tag sayo ana" and as a person who has always been the "GOOD BOY" i'd usually just walk away and not mind the negative comments >_< now i need help, how do i even explain to them about having a motorcycle? and that if a car do comes into mind i would love to have a car too but due to some reasons, I could'nt have one >_<
The reason being:

1. No parking spot big enough for a car (our garage can only fit 2 small vehicle but instead we have an SUV and there's still a bit space big enough for just a multicab)
2. Cars are to expensive to buy and to expensive to maintain as well (in my current Job Lvl)
So those reasons being that drives me to buy a motorcycle instead.

So to my fellow istoryans owning a motorcycle, do you have any tips or advice for my dilemma?
and JSYK i do am aware of the dangers of owning a motorcycle but does that mean i should just give up the dream of having one? -_-

ga motor2x na gyud ko since 12 years old since that's the only thing we can afford back then and naa ra pud mis probinsya sa una... but being here in cebu, it really scares the shit out of me tungod mga drivers diri murag naa sa wild wild west...

ako gusto na sad unta kaayo ko mo palit og motor, pero mahadlok gyud ko sa mga drivers diri... pero puhon mo palit ra gyud gihapon ko, just for fun ride purposes kung holidays and not as daily commute purposes (at least in that way, it lowers the risk)...

kung naa didto sa amo sa province sa davao, aw motor gyud ko oi, hehehe... december puhon pag uli namo, plano nami mag long ride sa akong maguwang from davao del norte to davao oriental... fun ride lang...

on the way mi padung sa SM. from talisay man mi, so, SRP gyud mi agi.... time was around past 10 am. dha sa eskina sa SM SRP, the same way nmo, nag signal pa right ang isa ka mot2x... mature na ang driver (makita ang nawong nay kay open face man ang helmet nya)... layo pa sya, nag signal na siya na mo turn left... then ning hunong pa gani sya... pero, ang nag sunod namo, naka underbone (can't exactly name the model but it seems its a Honda XRM). pweteng pakusog ug Dagan. agi pa gani sya's akoang left side then saba gyud ang pipe nya kay ning sulod sa auto ang sounds... wala'y paki ang kanahan. iyahang gi dasmagan ang katong nag stop then nag signal para turn left... lupad sila duha kay kusog ang impact. don't know unsa'y nahitabo nila kay padayon ko padagan kay nag dali man pud mi...

isa ni sa reason dili gyud mo sugot si kumander na palit ko'g leisure bike (big engine displacement bikes. even a 150 cc engine like the Suzuki Gixxer, dili gihapon mo sugot as well as the rest of the low displacement bikes) kay daghan "Chariot" sa karsada's Cebu... hehehe... "mga hari sa karsada" man gud ni sila. maong name nila kay Chariot... huna2x nila's kinabuhi kay mura'g "Game & Watch"... naa'y bonus then 3x misses pa ang allowed ma para game over... ahak na lang gyud...

so, if mag drive ta'g 2 wheels, either mot2x or mech bike (MTB, RB, BMX, hybrid & others), bisan unsa pa nato ka defensive driver, ang uban kay mangamong man gud ni sila. delicado kaayo ma pagan ta... tsk tsk tsk... @ TS, mao ni ang na kuyawan pud sa imohang family...

nice man gyud kaayo ang feeling to ride a 2 wheeled vehicle man gud (atoang I include ani ang Tricity kay naa naman gyud ni)... mas satisfying ni sya compared sa 4 wheels kay mas one with the machine man gud ta... its just us, the 2 wheeled vehicle and the elements...

ive been riding motorcycles for 13 years now pero naka tag.iya kog akoa mismo motor murag 6 years ago pa kay pareho ta, pug-ngan sa mga kapamilya kay delikado. we all have our free will, tinuod delikado bisan safe driver paka tungod sa kadaghan sa mga kolokoy sa kalsada karon but dont let fear get in the way of you experiencing something you have always wanted for a long time. karon dawat nalang akong mga kapamilya, hasta ako uyab labaw pas dawat, siya nay mu drayb aning ako mini cafe racer puhon kay nag sugud naman mig praktis2x.

my parents bought me a car pag college para lang dili gyud ko mag motor2x pero grabe na ang trapik karon oi dapat praktikal nata. and lisod pud ang parking. naa pay regular maintenance sa sakyanan pwerteng mahala.
