Good day, Istoryans!

If anyone of you (or better an employee of this organization) would like to discuss anything about this company?

I am recently hired as a Customer Service Representative and all I know is the schedule, the program I will be assigned to and the pay (which is very good by the way--23,000 starting).

They sent me the contract thru email and it's not the official contract yet. It's just like a letter of intent, a summary of the job you will be doing, etc.).

I will appreciate if someone would discuss everything--from the amenities, perks, benefits, down to its Management.

I am hoping this thread will be recognized ASAP.

They do not entertain walk-in applicants per their fanpage. I am actually interested in applying for their e-mail/chat support. Hopefully, they'll accept undergraduates with 2 years TSR experience. How's the company, Markkin?
