Summarize Plan:

Find a lot around 100sqm from 500k to 700k accessible.
Build a apartment that will have 4 storey with 8 minimum rooms total cost around 300k to 400k.
Each room would yield 5k minimum of 40k a month.

Year end yield will be 480k.
Total cost will be only 1.1m.

Investor can invest starting from 200,000 .He/She can earn around a minimum of 5k a month.

Terms:
Investor can withdraw the full the amount after 1 month so we can find other interested investors.
Earnings can go low depends on settler amount.

You can visit the apartment anytime you want.

We will manage the settler and their needs. You will just take your earn yield.
