You cannot buy an AMD processor or Mobo separately in Cebu stores?

I've gone to G.I. in Tabunok and Fastwin at both Tabunok and Mandaue and they are all telling me the same thing:

1) Want an AMD FM2 Processor for the motherboard you got from istorya.net? We'll sell you both a new motherboard and a new processor.

2) Want an AMD FM2+ motherboard because your FM2+ Mobo died and you have a useless paper wieght? We'll sell you both a new processor and a new motherboard.

Is there any store in Cebu who would still sell you just a processor or just a motherboard?

If this is how they want things to be might as well go Intel na lang. LOL
