Matod pa ni Google, Intuit Inc. is an American software company that develops financial and tax preparation software and related services for small businesses, accountants and individuals.

Sa akong experience sa BPO for more than 6 years, particularly CVG, lisod man gyud tanan if you won't put your heart into it. Mao naa'y product-specific training para makahibaw ka sa inyong produkto.

About the shift, halos tanan American accounts sa BPO industry kay kadlawn/graveyard shift. Mura'g among account lang sauna, na swertehan ko ug overnight LOB, which is buntag sa ato. Ang Australian/NZ accounts ra ang day shift.

gkan ko diri intuit boss, fixd sat-sun off...more on mid-class ang customers, mga professionals....more on technical daun compute2 sa tax f dli magkadimao..... hell months jd ron ky ting.file na hapit sa tax!! jan ra ko kutob ning.awol ko ky wa ko kakita sa akong self mo.grow sa type of work.....plus, another opportunity came to train sa lain work mao decide jd kong hawa

I was also under this LOB and so far, it's challenging and fulfilling once you know how to solve your customers' tax and payroll concerns. I only stayed for 6 months but I learned a lot. Just take it as a positive challenge. You will surely have fun!
