3-4 cups water
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 cup bell peppers, cut into strips
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
3 large bay leaves
3 medium potatoes, sliced
2 medium carrots, sliced
salt and pepper

Boil the meat until tender. In the broth add pineapple juice, onion, a dash of salt and pepper. In a saucepan, saute garlic until brown and add the meat and the broth, let it boil. When it boils, add the tomato sauce and tomato paste, let it simmer for 10-15mins. Add the bay leaf, bell peppers, potato and carrots. If the sauce is too thick, u can add water. When the potato and carrots are cooked, u can now season to taste.
I have only tried this with chicken, beef and pork.I haven't tried kanding and of course iro. lol
and if u want spicy sya gamay, pwede sad nimo butangan tabasco or any hot or chili sauce. :mrgreen: and pwede sad imo ko taga-an para kahibaw ko kng sakto na ba sa timpla or dili..
