Hi Guys,

are you using any content blockers for your iphone?

i currently have both crystal and purify. in my experience crystal is better at blocking ads since its blocklist is derived from adblock blocklist. although there are some sites that the layout gets distroyed. but its not too significant. it doesn't bother that much.hope they fix on next update.

purify is also nice,but there are some ads that are still showing. waiting for the next update.

Please share your experiences too.

lols. i have already clarified this with Dean Murphy the crystal app developer himself.

in fact he has already released a statement about that. you may read it on the official website. also blocklist of crystal is derived from adblock extension.

also, there are other content blockers you can use.

i currently have two which is Purify and Crystal. currently my purify is disabled since it failed to block some ads. fixes and enhancements however are comming as this week the purify developer has already submitted version 1.1.1 to the app store and are subject for approval before release. we should see it on the app store in the next few days pending issues.

as of now, crystal is more effective in its content blocking mainly because of its blocklist have been reliable due to Dean Murphy's partnership with EyeO GmbH the creator of AdBlock.

for Purify, i have already communicated with the developer but no reply regarding control and source of his blocklist. as of now he mentioned they are busy doing patching and enhancements.

atay. purify 1.1.1 update was disappointing. still wasn't able to block some ads. crystal is still the best. plus ang developers sa purify kusug manaot sa uban ad blocker apps.hahaha. pathetic au. im disappointed. good thing i got purify on just .99 cents.
