    Default Choose Between Two Monitors

Hi. Im buying a new monitor to replace my old samsung t220.

    Im choosing between the two.

    samsung LS24E390HL
    24 inch LED Monitor - Stylish, Slim Design 24" 1920x1080 Monitor | Samsung LS24E390HL/ZA

    asus VX239
    https://www.asus.com/ph/Monitors/VX239H/

Im leaning toward samsung kay 4ms iya response time vs 5ms sa asus
and 23.6" pod cya vs 23" sa asus. but if naay other inputs and reasons
to choose the other, i can change my decision.

also kaning model number sa samsung ZA lang ba jud ni cya or naa lain variant?
ang asus model number H jud ni cya or naa pa lain variant?

    Thanks.

thanks for the input bro. so far dili ra samok ang ila gina sulti nga IPS glow? it's somewhat looks like
backlight bleed but its not backlight bleed and it's present daw sa mga IPS panels.

from what I have read, there is no difference between PLS and IPS. basically ang PLS is just
a name samsung used para ma lahi sila sa uban but it's just an IPS panel gyapon.

Sa IPS naman, daghan sad lahi-lahi nga clase. P-IPS, S-IPS, EIPS, H-IPS, AH-IPS.
I'm not so sure of the differences between each type and reviews say nga dili daw
makita kaayo ang difference just looking at the displays.

The ASUS vx239H uses AH-IPS which is the newest type i think (correct me if im wrong)
Ang mga samsung na PLS panel equivalent daw na cya sa EIPS nga type of IPS but its not proven
and ang EIPS panel daw is economic IPS or cheap IPS.

What i like sa samsung between the two models
    1) mas ganahan ko sa design (visible)
    2) mas dako ang screen size (visible)
    3) 4ms response time (murag dili tingali ni mailhan sa naked eye)

What i lilke sa asus between the two models
    1) a little cheaper
    2) AH-IPS ang panel which is supposed to be
    better compared to PLS/EIPS panal
(but di ko sure ug makita ba jud ang difference kay basically both are IPS panels)

wala ko kabantay ug IPS glow sa akong unit boss. It's working fine raman no prob. I think though dili grabe iyang brightness.

TN panel man ning imong gi recommend.
my old monitor is a TN panel with 2ms response time and it won't make sense if i will buy another monitor nga
TN panel 2ms response time gyapon. mas ma sayang ako money ana.

IPS panel jud ako ipuli because upgrade ni cya over the TN panel.

by the way napalit nanako ang samsung. my personal review:
    - good color reproduction much better than the TN
    - great viewing angles better than the TN
    - it has IPS glow as expected but it's not that annoying, madala ra
    - was expecting slower response compared to my old monitor
kay 2ms ako old TN monitor nya 4ms ning new IPS/PLS monitor
but surprisingly it performs better in gaming based on observation and comparison

Gamers ka ba tlga or nag fe-feeling gamers lng

"As you have probably gathered by now, there is no single type of LCD that is good at everything. What panel type you choose must be a compromise based on how you use the monitor. Gamers will generally be happy with TN panels and their exceptional response time. Photographers and graphic designers should buy an IPS monitor instead."

never mentioned in this post nga gamer ko or feeling gamer.

though i use my pc for games, i also do other things. Kabalo nako sa advantages and disadvantages between IPS
and TN panels so no need to tell me. I was asking for a suggestion between two IPS panels nya imong gi
    recommend is TN man.

I think mas newer technology kung sa Asus imung gi pili kay kining samsung is not a fan of PLS na, ila tripping ron SUPERAMOLED. Ug kanang response time sa specs dili mana accurate, churva rana.

Usa pasad sayop ka nga walay difference ang PLS ug IPS.
