im planning to set-up my own business. im thinking of a small resto, kanang pang chill2 lng na resto ba. but i dont know where to start, how much do i need, mga papers na kelangan asikasuhon, asa nindot mu pwest, etc. can anyone help me out.

suggest lang ko gamay ha hehe...ts pinaka importante basta ingon ani is location,location,location...find a good location kanang duol sa mga trabahuan or ok ra basta daghan lang tao...kabalo naman cguro ka kung unsay mga materials ani kay mao man ni gusto sudlan nmo dba..location lang jud problema nmo...sa papers i think business permit raman guro ok naman na..basta naa kay tax declaration sa imo lugar ok na apply nka permit...pero kung ginagmay sa lang jud imo sugod sa lang sa brg.permit for 1 year kung tan aw nmo mo stand jud imo business next year sa imo operation kinahanglan mayor's permit najud....

I agree with @Chin_pao. Location is very important. But if you can find a place na barato or almost free ang abang (because rent is overhead) and you package your product very well, you don't have to go for a super prime location kay moduol ra ang mga tao.

1. Invest in yourself first, read mga journals regarding business (entrepreneur magazine, forbes philippines etc)...
2. Location nga direct visibility is good too.
3. Unsay naka lahi sa uban nga resto sa imong planned resto?
4. What is your target market?
5. You will never learn unless you will try or venture it out. : )

1. rent with security dep and advance payment
if 25k per month, you will prepare 100k ky usually, they will ask for 2 months both deposit and advance payment

2. renovation
let's just say it around 75k

3. equipments
maybe 100k

4. initial inventory
maybe around 100k also

5. opening budget
around 50k

6. business permits
50k if corp

7. buffer for first 3 months nga losses
100k

8. misc and emergency needs
50k
